As for your second comment. It is still going on – go to their homepage. However, I don’t know for how much longer. I brought my hosting from BlueHost at $3.95/month, which is why I am advising others.

you clear your cookies and you will see the regular price (or try some other browser that you are not using).
I am sure on this and have talked to them about it a month back. You can chat and tell them that you saw 3.95$ rate and they will tell you it must be some affiliate link that you clicked (which normal site visitors do not see).

But even when the limited offer expires, one can search for a discount affiliate link and get the service at this price!
