I don’t think they are giving any discount (3.95 $) ; you must have gone through some affiliate link. I clicked on your link and the price is the regular price.

As for your second comment. It is still going on – go to their homepage. However, I don’t know for how much longer. I brought my hosting from BlueHost at $3.95/month, which is why I am advising others.

you clear your cookies and you will see the regular price (or try some other browser that you are not using).
I am sure on this and have talked to them about it a month back. You can chat and tell them that you saw 3.95$ rate and they will tell you it must be some affiliate link that you clicked (which normal site visitors do not see).

I see the reduced rate in any browser.
But even when the limited offer expires, one can search for a discount affiliate link and get the service at this price!
