Airtel Payments Bank ties up with Care Health Insurance to offer health insurance to customers, ET Telecom

NEW DELHI: Airtel Payments Bank on Wednesday said it has signed an agreement with Care Health Insurance to offer health insurance to its customers.
The agreement will allow Airtel Payments Bank to offer its customers Care Health Insurance products along with the health insurance offering – Group care 360° – through the banking section of the Airtel Thanks App, Airtel Payments Bank said in the statement.
With this, Airtel Payments Bank customer can avail of comprehensive coverage for the entire family with a wide range of sum-insured options, ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 500,000, according to the statement. Additionally, it covers other benefits including coverage for pre-existing ailments & day care treatment.
A customer can enrol with this health insurance scheme on the Airtel Thanks App and pay using an Airtel Payments Bank account, through net banking, or debit cards of other banks. Customers can also enrol for this scheme by visiting the nearest Banking Point of Airtel Payments bank.
